Devanahalli infrastructure pipeline 2026-2030 brings INR 65,000 crore to build a 37 km metro line and a 280.8 km ring road. This plan brings fast trains, wide roads, and big job parks near Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). It links the 3,000-acre KIADB park to the Namma Metro Blue Line and the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR NH-948A). Because of this plan, Devanahalli is now a major hub for jobs, trade, and new housing in North Bengaluru.

The Namma Metro Blue Line runs for 37 km with 17 stations from Central Silk Board to KIA Terminal 2 in Devanahalli. BMRCL is building tracks down the middle of NH-44, with test runs starting in late 2026 and full airport runs by 2027.
